Important: If you are in crisis or think you may harm yourself or someone else, do not use this Website or our services. Call 999 or the Samaritans on 116 123 (free, 24/7).
1) Who we are & what we do
We provide mental-health related services in person (Norfolk), online and by telephone, including assessment, treatment, education and support. Modalities may include (for example) NLP, EFT (Level 3), clinical hypnotherapy, Havening, mindfulness and positive psychology. Home visits or other venues may be available by agreement. If you have an acute or serious medical or psychiatric condition, please consult your GP/NHS or emergency services. Our services complement but do not replace medical diagnosis or treatment.
2) Application of these Terms
These Terms govern (a) your use of the Website and any materials we make available; and (b) any services and/or products (including digital content) you purchase from us, whether booked or purchased online, by email, phone or in person. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website or purchase services/products.
3) Eligibility
You must be 18+ to book services for yourself. Services for minors require written consent from a parent/guardian and, where appropriate, joint attendance for part of the initial session. We may refuse or discontinue services where safeguarding concerns arise.
4) Booking, sessions & packages
- Free consultation (if offered): Non-therapeutic, exploratory; no obligation for either party.
- Session length & venue: As agreed at booking (e.g., 50–60 minutes; in person in Norfolk, online, or by phone).
- Packages: If you buy a package/block of sessions, all sessions must be used within [e.g., 6 months] of purchase unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- Recording: You must not record sessions without our express written consent; we will not record without yours.
5) Fees, payment & refunds
Fees: As quoted prior to booking or shown on the Website/store. Prices are in GBP and inclusive/exclusive of VAT as stated.
Payment: Due [on booking / at or before the session] via [e.g., bank transfer, card via web store, cash].
Late payment: We may withhold or reschedule services until payment clears.
6) Consumer cancellation & cooling‑off (distance/off‑premises sales)
If you’re a consumer who booked online/phone/email, you generally have a 14‑day cooling‑off period from the date the contract is entered into to cancel without giving a reason. If you ask us to begin services within that period, you will (i) lose the right to cancel once services are fully performed; and (ii) if you cancel after services have started, pay a proportionate amount for work already supplied. Where a refund is due, it will be made minus a 10% administration fee to cover reasonable costs (e.g., scheduling and payment processing).
7) Cancellations & rescheduling (appointments)
Please give at least 2 working days’ notice (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in England and Wales) to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations with the required notice will be refunded minus a 10% administration fee. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged up to 100% of the session fee unless due to emergencies or our error.
8) Refunds (services, products & digital content)
Services: Refunds follow the cooling‑off rules above and our appointment policy (admin fee may apply).
Physical products (if any): Your statutory rights apply for faulty goods or misdescribed items.
Digital content (if any): Your right to cancel ends once download/streaming begins with your consent; if cancelled before that point, a refund will be provided (admin fee may apply).
9) Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information relevant to your care; attend sessions in a safe and private environment (for online/phone) with a stable connection; follow safety guidance we provide; and seek urgent medical help when needed. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes; therapy progress varies by individual.
10) Professional boundaries & safeguarding
We operate within professional boundaries and UK safeguarding law. Confidentiality may be overridden if we reasonably believe there is a risk of serious harm to you or others, a safeguarding risk to a child/vulnerable person, or where disclosure is required by law or a court order.
11) Confidentiality & data protection
We handle personal data in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Please read our Privacy Policy for details of what we collect, why and how long we keep it. By using our services, you acknowledge that processing described there will occur.
12) Website use

13) Intellectual property
All Website content, session materials, workbooks, recordings and downloads are our intellectual property (or used under licence). You may use materials for your personal, non‑commercial purposes only. You may not share, sell, adapt or publish our materials without written consent.
14) Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot legally be limited. Subject to the above, and to the extent permitted by law: (a) we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses; (b) our total liability for services/products is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant item/service; and (c) your statutory rights as a consumer remain unaffected.
15) Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., power/internet outages, illness, extreme weather). If a session is affected, we’ll offer a reschedule or refund (as applicable).
16) Changes to services, prices or Terms
We may update services, prices and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be shown on this page with a new “Last updated” date. The Terms in force when you book/purchase will apply to that booking/purchase.
17) Complaints
Please email [email protected] with details. We aim to acknowledge within [e.g., 3 working days] and respond within [e.g., 14 working days]. For data‑protection concerns you can contact the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
18) Governing law & jurisdiction
