Therapy and hypnotherapy near Norwich

I'm Danielle Sands, a registered mental health nurse offering hypnotherapy, Havening, EFT and NLP about 25 minutes from Norwich. Sessions are at The Sawyers, a quiet 17th-century house in the countryside just outside Wymondham, or online from home. People come to me from Norwich and across South Norfolk for help with anxiety, difficult memories, confidence and stress, and some of them like leaving the city behind for an hour.

A different kind of space

There's no waiting room or reception desk here, and no traffic noise. The Sawyers is a Grade II listed house from the 17th century, set in open countryside. People often say the drive out helps them arrive more settled, and leave without having to step straight back into a busy street.

What I help with

Most sessions blend two or three approaches, chosen for what you bring:

I work with adults, teenagers and children from age 5.

Why a mental health nurse

I spent more than 13 years as a mental health nurse in the NHS, including in GP surgeries and community mental health teams in Norfolk. That means I know how local NHS services work. I can tell when someone would be better supported there, and I won't hurry you. It also means you can expect clinical care alongside the gentler approaches I use.
