Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese energy healing practice that encourages deep relaxation, balance, and overall well-being. The word comes from Rei (universal, spiritual) and Ki (life force energy). A Reiki session involves gentle touch or hands held just above the body, allowing energy to flow where it’s most needed. Many people experience calm, warmth, or a sense of lightness.
At the heart of Reiki is the belief that we are all connected within the universe—that the same life force energy flows through people, nature, and the cosmos itself. When that flow becomes blocked or disrupted, it can affect our emotional, physical, or spiritual state. Reiki helps restore harmony, gently re-aligning this flow and reconnecting you to both yourself and the wider universe.
I use Reiki intuitively, often blending it alongside psycho-sensory therapies such as EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) and Havening. This unique combination allows each session to be tailored to your individual needs—whether that’s releasing old patterns, easing stress, or simply finding a moment of deep stillness and peace.
